^(99m)Tc-MDP全身骨显像对骨转移瘤的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ^(99m)Tc-MDP whole bone imaging in detection of bone neoplasm metastasis

目的 :探讨99mTc MDP全身骨显像对骨转移瘤的诊断价值。方法 :对 30 0例肿瘤患者静脉注射99mTc MDP 15～2 0mci行SPECT全身骨显像 ,并对结果进行比较。结果 :阳性结果为 12 1例 ,阳性率为 4 0 .3% ,其中的 75例与X线检查对照 ,骨显像阳性而X线阴性者 12例。结论 :SPECT全身骨显像对骨转移瘤早期诊断治疗 ,预后的观察具有一定的临床价值。

Objective:To investigate radionuclide bone imaging with SPECT and its value in diagnosis and treatment of bone metastasis.Methods:300 patients with malignant tumor were injected intravenously 99m Tc-MDP 15～20mci and performed the whole body imaging. All the results were analyzed.Results:121 patients with malignant tumor were well located with positives and the positive rate was 40.3%.Among them of 75 cases by means of x-ray imaging.12 cases were found negative.Conclusion: 99m Tc-MDP whole body imaging with SPECT has definite clinic values for patients with malignant tumor in early diagnosis,treatment the response to therapy.
