胃肠道肿瘤肝转移血管内介入治疗效果分析

Analysis of the results of arterial chemoembolization for liver metastases from gastrointestinal tumor

目的 :探讨多次动脉化疗栓塞术 (TACE)治疗胃肠道肿瘤肝转移的效果。方法 :4 3例胃肠道肿瘤肝转移患者行肝动脉化疗栓塞术。均于第三次治疗后 2～ 4个月复查 ,观察瘤灶反应。结果 :本组病例中完全缓解 7.0 % ( 3/ 4 3) ,部分缓解 4 4 .2 % ( 19/ 4 3) ,无变化 2 5 .6 % ( 11/ 4 3) ,进展 2 3.3% ( 10 / 4 3) ,有效率 5 1.2 % ( 2 2 / 4 3)。 6个月、12个月、2年生存率分别为92 .6 %、70 .4 %、14 .8%。结论 :动脉化疗栓塞法治疗胃肠道肿瘤肝转移有确切疗效 。

Objective:To evaluate the results of Arterial Chemoembolization (TACE) in treating of liver metastases from gastrointestinal tumors.Methods:TACE is performed in 43 cases of hepatic metastases from primary gastrointestinal tumors, each patient underwent such therapy more than three times, and the lesions were analysed 2～4 months after the third operation.Results:The rate of curative effective was 51.2%(22/43),3 cases showed complete remission ,19 cases showed partial remission,11 cases had stable condition and 10 cases were still in progress. The overall survival rate at 0.5,1,and 2 year were 92.6%,70.4%,14.8% respectively.Conclusion:Repeated TACE is a safe and effective method for treatment of hepatic metastases from gastrointestinal tumors, including cases with hypovascular lesions.
