95°角钢板在股骨远端骨折中的应用

Application of AO 95° supracondylar blade plate on distal femoral fractures

目的 探讨角钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的效果。方法 应用AO 95°角钢板开放复位内固定治疗股骨远端骨折 2 1例。术后早期CPM应用 ;全部病例进行临床随访评定效果。结果 2 1例经 6～ 2 2个月随访 ,骨折均获愈合 ,平均愈合时间为 5个月 ,术后功能恢复 ,总优良率达到 86 %。结论 角钢板治疗股骨远端骨折具有解剖复位、固定牢靠、早期功能锻练的优点 。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of AO s upracondylar blade plate on distal femoral fractures. Methods 21 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using AO blade plate.The CPM was used soon after operation. The X-ray examination and knee functional rating scale were used to evaluate the results. Results The average time of follow-up evaluation was 14 months(from 6 to 22 months). Rigid bone union were abttained in all cases on an average of 5 months. The good and excellent rate of functional recovery was 86%. Conclusion It is advantagious in anatomic reduction, rigid fixation and early rehabilitation treating femoral fractures with AO blade plate,and is beneficial to the fracture healing and the functional recovery of the knee joint.
