关于发展国防科技工业的几点思考

Thoughts on the Development of National Defense Technology Industry

国防高科技在综合国力的竞争中有着重要的位置,与国家安全息息相关。20世纪80年代中期国防建设指导思想战略性转变、特别是1993年新时期军事战略方针出台后,国家更加重视国防科技的发展。文章在分析国防高科技发展的理论和时代背景基础上,提出了世纪初中国国防科技工业发展的几个原则性问题。

High technology of national defense takes an important position i n the competition of comprehensive national force.It is closely connected with nat ional security.Our country has paid more and more attention to the development o f national defense technology since the strategic change of the guiding ideology of national defense construction in the middle of 1980s,especially since the ap pearance of the strategic principle of military affairs of the new period in 199 3.This paper makes an analysis of the theoretical and periodical background of h igh technology of national defense.It also presents some principle questions of high technology industrial development of China' s national defense in the begi nning period of the new century.
