钙通道阻滞剂对体外培养增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞超微结构的影响

Effect of calcium antagonist on the ultrastructure of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts

目的 探讨钙通道阻滞剂对增生性瘢痕的治疗机制提供形态学依据。方法 采用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察钙通道阻滞剂维拉帕米对增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞超微结构的影响 ,对照组为不加药的增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞。结果 扫描电镜显示维拉帕米可使增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的细胞变细、变短 ;透射电镜下维拉帕米可以使增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞的细胞核、核仁缩小 ,内质网萎缩 ,微丝排列改变。结论 维拉帕米可以影响与增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞合成胶原及增殖相关的细胞超微结构。

Objective To study the mechanism of the effect of calcium antagonist on hypertrophic scar.Methods The effect of calcium antagonist on the ultrastructure of the cells was observed under TEM and SEM.Results Treated with Calcium antagonist verapamil,it was found the cell became shorter and thinner or round and irregular under SEM;The cavity of rough endoplasmic reticulum became smaller,and so did the nucleus and endoblast,the rank of microfilament fasciculus became not so regular under TEM.Conclusion Verapamil can influence the ultrastructure which closely correlated with proliferation and collagen synthesis of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts.
