探讨了灌区水资源管理信息系统的设计原则、实现功能及其结构框架,介绍了本系统在汉 中市18个万亩以上灌区的水资源管理中的应用。

This paper presents the design principles, the function and the framework of water resources management information system for irrigation district. The major components of the system are DBMS, model, its autogeneration subsystem and communication subsystem. An application of this system in Hanzhong city is described.
