摘要
为了在国内现有机床上实现非渐开线变厚齿轮的加工,基于空间啮合理论首次对该种齿轮的轮齿修形进行了理论分析.通过采用特殊改形后的大平面砂轮磨齿机对渐开线变厚齿轮进行轮齿修形来获得所需要的非渐开线变厚齿轮.通过双曲线来拟合齿向曲线,使拟合曲线的最大误差为目标函数,利用优化的方法,使最大误差最小,得到最优的拟合双曲线,从而加工出所需要的齿形.并给出了实例和计算结果.
In order to manufacture noninvolute beveloid gears with the existing machine tools in China, a new way of gear tooth modification was developed based on the space engagement theory for the first time in this paper. By improving the wheel gear grinder of large plane grinding, the tooth modification method was presented for manufacturing noninvolute beveloid gears. By using hyperbolas to fit axial curves, considering the maximal error of the fitting curves as the objective function, the optimal fitting hyperbola was obtained and the maximal error of fitting curves was minimal after optimization. Finally, an example and its calculation results were presented.
