摘要
目的 探讨单磷酰酯A(MLA)预处理在兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用。方法 采用兔心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,实验组于实验前 2 4小时注入 35 μg/kg的MLA作预处理 ,未预处理者作为对照 ,分别于灌注前、灌注后 90分钟、灌注后 180分钟采取兔血 ,用免疫组化法检测两组的血肌钙蛋白 (cTn)、肌苷 (Cr)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸激酶 (MB)同工酶 (CKMB)水平。结果 实验组的cTn、Cr、LDH、CKMB与对照组相比 ,在灌注前、灌注后 90分钟、灌注后 180分钟均明显降低。结论 MLA预处理可明显减轻心肌缺血再灌注操作 。
Objective This study was designed to explore the protective role of the monophosphoryl lipid A(MLA)Precondition to the rabbit heart ischemic reperfusion injury.Methods The rabbit heart ischemic reperfusion injury model was established. The group which had been injected with 35μg/kg MLA 24 hours before the experiment were regarded as the experiment group,while another group without the MLA precondition were the control.The rabbit blood samples were obtained at the point of the pre-perfusion,90 post-reperfusion,180 post-reperfusion.The levels of the blood cTn,Cr,LDH,CKMB were detected by immunohistochemistry methods.Results The experimental rabbit blood levels of the cTn Cr,LDH,CKMB were all obviously lower than those of the control at the point of the prereperfusion:90 post-reperfusion,180post-reperfusion.Conclusion The MLA precondition can relieve the heart ischemic reperfusion injury and our tests also showed the delayed effect.
