宫颈癌放疗患者焦虑状况分析

Analysis of anxiety status in cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy

目的 :探讨宫颈癌放疗患者的焦虑状况 ,并分析相关影响因素 .方法 :采用zung焦虑自评量表 (self ratinganxi etyscale ,SAS)及自行设计的多项目问卷调查 15 8例宫颈癌放疗患者 ,对资料完整的 12 5份进行统计分析 .结果 :宫颈癌患者放疗前期SAS≥ 5 0分者 5 9例 ,占 4 7.2 % ;放疗中期SAS≥ 5 0分者 2 5例 ,占 2 0 .0 % ;放疗后期SAS≥ 5 0分者 77例 ,占6 1.6 % .多重比较LSD法分析结果为放疗前与放疗中SAS评分具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) .一元线性回归分析提示影响宫颈癌放疗患者焦虑症状的因素有无故害怕、发疯感、心悸、恶梦、癌症分期、文化程度、经济负担和疼痛 ;多元逐步回归分析结果表明发疯感、心跳加速是影响宫颈癌放疗患者焦虑症状的重要因素 .结论 :焦虑是宫颈癌放疗患者普遍存在的症状 ,并受多种因素影响 .因此 。

AIM: To assess anxiety symptoms in cervical cancer (CC) patients treated with radiotherapy, and to analyze relative factors. METHODS: 158 self rating anxiety scales (SAS) and multiple items questionnaires were given to voluntary hospitalized patients with CC and each patient was required to complete the SAS and questionnaires. 125 cases completed the required items and the data were analyzed with SPSS10.0. RESULTS: Score proportion of SAS (SAS≥50) was different during the whole radiotherapy procedure, accounting for 47.2% before radiotherapy, 20.0% in metaphase and 61.6% in anaphase. LSD showed that anxiety status had significant difference between prophase and metaphase( P <0.05). The tendency of anxiety symptoms in patients with CC was best displayed by cubic model. Linear regression found that scare, insane feeling, palpitation, frequent nightmare, cancer staging, culture degree, economic bearing and pain were correlated with anxiety symptoms of the CC patients. A step wise regression showed that insane feeling and palpitation were the most important factors. CONCLUSION: Anxiety is common in CC patients and is affected by multiple complex factors. Psycho intervention may be of help in improving the quality of life and prolonging the life time in CC patients.
