硅油填充眼硅油取出与人工晶状体植入26例

Silicone oil removal and intraocular lens implantation in 26 cases of eyes with silicone oil tamponade

目的 :探讨玻璃体视网膜手术后硅油填充眼硅油取出联合或Ⅱ期人工晶状体 (intraocularlens,IOL)植入的临床效果 .方法 :对 1997 0 1/ 2 0 0 2 10我科行硅油取出联合或Ⅱ期植入IOL的 2 6例 (2 7眼 )进行回顾性研究 ,以同期行硅油取出未植入IOL的 5 2例 (5 2眼 )作为对照 .结果 :IOL组术后视力提高 12眼 (4 6 .1% ) ,不变 8眼 (30 .8% ) ,降低 6眼(2 3.1% ) ,1眼视力无对比 .对照组术后视力提高 9眼(17.7% ) ,不变 32眼 (6 2 .7% ) ,降低 10眼 (19.6 % ) ,1眼视力无对比 .与对照组相比 ,IOL组患者视力提高明显 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;术后并发症未增加 .结论 :对眼部状况较好的硅油填充眼 ,在硅油取出同时或II期行IOL植入 ,具有较好的视力效果 。

AIM: To investigate the results of silicone oil removal combined with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation, and silicone oil removal followed with secondary IOL implantation. METHODS: The clinical records were reviewed retrospectively of 26 cases (27 eyes) that had undergone silicone oil removal with simultaneous or subsequent IOL implantation in the period from January 1997 to October 2002, and 52 cases (52 eyes) were set as the control group, which had had silicone oil removal without IOL implantation. RESULTS: In IOL group, post operative visual acuity improved in 12 (46.1%) cases, remained unchanged in 8 (30.8%) cases and became worse in 6 (23.1%) cases. Correspondingly, the data in control group was 9 (17.7%) cases, 32 (62.7%) cases and 10 (19.6%) cases, respectively. For lack of cooperation, the visual acuity of 1 eye was not compared pre and post operatively in both groups. The post operative visual acuity of IOL group improved greater than the control’s ( P <0.05) and no severe complications were found. CONCLUSION: Silicone oil removal with IOL implantation can provide selected eyes with silicone oil tamponade with better visual recovery. It also may relieve the suffering from multiple operations.
