Effects of the extract of Syringa on the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG2.2.15 cells

目的 :观察丁香多总皂对HepG2 .2 .15细胞分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的影响 .方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附 (ELISA)法检测培养上清中HBeAg和HBsAg表达的变化并以抑制率来表示 .结果 :丁香多总皂对HBeAg和HBsAg的分泌具有抑制作用 ,该作用呈现剂量依赖性和时间依赖性 .结论

AIM: To observe the effects of the extract of Syringa on the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG 2.2.15 cells. METHODS: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg and the suppressive rate was used to represent the values. RESULTS: The extract of Syringa suppressed the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg in a dose dependent and time dependent manner. CONCLUSION: The suppressive effects of the extract of Syringa on the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg suggest that the extract of Syringa has some effects of anti hepatitis B viruses in vitro .
