摘要
采用电致发光等方法,初步探讨了铜电极在0.25mol·L^(-1)Na_2S_2O_8+1.25mol·L^(-1)NaOH溶液中的电致发光特性及其相关性能,给出了电致发光法现场测试铜电极表面性质的初步结果。
The surface structure and other related properties of copper electrodes in 0.25mol·L^(-1) Na_2S_2O_8+1. 25mol·L^(-1)NaOH solution were studied by using electrolumine-scence method. The experimental results showed that the electroluminescence methodcan be employed as a tool for probing the structure of copper-electroplating layer.
