摘要 1998年底阳泉地区发生线路绝缘子覆冰闪络故障,对线路安全运行造成了威胁。绝缘子发生冰闪的主要原因是冰凌桥接绝缘子串裙边,而融冰水电导率高,造成冰闪电压大为降低。阻隔导电率高的融冰水形成闪络通道的水帘,是提高覆冰绝缘子串冰闪电压的基本措施和方法。 The running safety of line was threatened by insulator sleet covering flashover derault of line at the late of 1998.Because the icicle bridge jointed the outskirts of insulator and the electrical conductivity of sleet melting water is high,the sleet covering flashover voltage decreased greatly,and the insulator sleet covering flashover happened.To increase the sleet covering flashover insulator cluster voltage,the basic measure and method is to interlude the sleet melting water to high electrical conductivity with flashover channel water screen.
