摘要 中小企业企业成长是人们普遍关心的问题。从组织行为动力学的角度看,影响企业成长最根本的因素是人、结构、技术和运作环境。其中,“人”是影响企业成长最为关键、最为重要的因素。同时,作为一种制度安排,企业的结构直接影响到企业经营管理信息的传递和反馈、资源的组合和利用,最终影响企业的竞争力和成长性。而企业拥有先进的技术和不断进行技术创新的能力,就为赢得竞争优势准备了基础。但这一切都离不开外部环境的支持和配合。结合广东的实际,要推动中小企业的成长,关键是要从这四个方面着手。 The growth of small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) has attracted our considerable attention recently. From the perspective of the organization behaviour dynamics, the most basic elements affecting the growth of the enterprise are people, structure, technology and working environment, among which people makes the most important one. Meanwhile, the structure of the enterprise, as a system arrangement, has direct impact on the passage and feedback of the enterprise's management information, as well as the composition and application of resources. It will have influence on the competitiveness and growth of the enterprise in the end. The advanced technology, the ability of continuous technical innovation will lay down a good foundation for the competitive advantages for the enterprise. However, all this won't work without support and cooperation from exterior environment. On the status quo of the growth of small and mid - sized enterprises in Guangdong, it is quite essential for us to take measures in these four perspectives
