健全国有企业人才保留机制的途径

摘要 通过对国有企业人才流失现状的分析,阐述了国有企业留住人才的必要性,提出了健全国有企业人才保留机制的途径:一是建立能充分体现人才价值、有竞争力的薪酬机制;二是建立多层次、多内容的人才激励机制;三是建立科学合理的人才培训开发机制;四是创造优秀的企业文化环境。 This paper analyzes the status of losing the talented person of tate - owned enterprise of our country, and deals with the importance of retaining the talented person to the state - owned enterprises. It advances the ap-proach of amplifying talented person reserves mechanism to the state - owned enterprise of our country: first of all, establishing the competitions salary mechanism of fully reflecting the talented person s value; second, establishing multi - Ievel structures, multi - content to encourage the mechanism of the talented person; third, establishing sci-entific talented person training and the development mechanism; and fourth, creating excellent environment of the enterprise culture.
