摘要
通过对我国企业技术创新的现状分析,提出了增强企业技术创新能力的五项对策:即提高研究开发能力,提高工程化能力,提高市场开拓能力,提高人的创新能力,提高科技成果转化能力。
On the basis of the analysis of the present condition of our national enterprise technical innovation, the
article puts forward five countermeasures to improve technical innovation in our national enterprises——enhancing
the ability of research and exploration; improving project ability; bettering market exploration ability; raising innovation ability of the staff; and advancing the ability to transfer our scientific achievements.
