摘要
目的 为临床中修复桡神经浅支及利用该神经修复其他神经损伤提供形态学基础。方法 对 35例经腋动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本 ,解剖观察桡神经浅支的来源、走行 ,营养血管的来源、分布与吻合 ,并测量神经的横径、营养血管外径及长度。结果 桡神经浅支营养血管呈节段性或与神经干伴行中分支到神经干 ,在神经上 1 / 3段桡侧返动脉和桡动脉发支率较高。
Objective To provide the foundation of morphology in the renovation of superficial radial nerve and the other nerve injury. Methods 35 upper limbs specimens with red latex pouring into axillary atery were dissected to observe the origin and distributing of superficial radial nerve and the nutrient blood vessel and tile anastomosis of the nutrient blood vessel, and to measure the horizontal and directly of the nerve and the outer directly and the length of the nutrient blood vessel. Results The nutrient blood vessels of superficial radial nerves were segmental or accompanied nerve trunk till branched on it ,the branch rate of 1/3 segment of radial rec urrent artery and radial artery was high. Conclusions Superticial radial nerve of forearm is a good donor to transplant nerve with vessel pedicle of dissociation from the main body.
