摘要
目的 了解某市护士的生活质量状况。方法 采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表中文版 (WHOQOL一1 0 0 )和生活事件量表 (LES) ,对某市 8家医院 337名护士进行问卷调查。结果 护士在生理、心理、环境领域、总的生存质量及健康状况得分低于常模 ;综合医院护士在环境领域、总的生存质量及健康状况得分高于专科医院护士 ,自评不同健康状况护士的生活质量也存在差异 ,生活事件总分与生活质量各领域 (精神支柱个人信仰领域除外 )存在负相关。结论 护士的生活质量低于常模 。
Objective To study the quality of life of the nurses.Methods 337 nurses from 8 hospitals were investigated by WHOQ OL-100 scale and Life Event Scale.Results The quality of life of the nurses was lower than that of the Chinese norm in physical,psychological,environmental domain,and the total quality of life in WHOQOL-100 and health status.The quality of life of the nurses from polyclinics was higher than that of the nurses from special hospitals in environmental domain and the total quality of life in WHOQOL-100 and health status.Differences also existed among the nurses in different self-reported health status.The total score of life event was negatively related to all of the domains of the quality of life but the spirit domain.Conclusion The quality of life of the nurses is lower than that of the Chinese norm;Life events has negative influence on the quality of life of the nurses.
