摘要
针对 2 #高炉扩容改造存在的设备不配套、上料系统故障多、休风率高等问题 ,改造了料车、上料斜桥头部弯轨和压轨以及煤气净化系统 ,优化了设备管理 ,设备休风率由 1.65 %降至 0 .62 %以下。为探讨高炉操作新技术 ,通过采取精料入炉、推行大料批技术、调整送风制度、降低生铁含硅量等强化冶炼的措施 ,保证了高炉生产稳定顺行 ,高炉利用系数达3 .775 t/(m3.d)
Pointing to some problems inclucded unperfact equipment,more troble of charging system,high downtime,etc,after No.2 BF reformed,the new transforming has been done to charging system,gas purification system and equipment management system,so the downtime of equpment was decreased from 1.65% to 0.62%.Technical and economic indexes have been improved obviously after adopting some strengthening smelting measures, such as charging of beneficiated burden, utilization of separate charge, adjustment of blow-in system and reduction of the silicon content in the pig-iron.The utilization factor of BF is up to 3.775t/(m^3.d ).
