烧结机机尾系统保温密封除尘综合改造

摘要 烧结机尾部密封罩强度低、易变形 ,密封效果差 ,造成卸料扬尘严重。采取增设保温密封小车、前部保温密封段由 2m加长到 10 m、密封罩下部增设导料装置等措施进行改造 ,环境粉尘由原 2 2 0 mg/ m3降为 3 0 mg/ m 3,尾部的抽风温度由原71℃提高为 84℃ ,提高了设备作业率 ,增加了产量 ,年回收粉尘 (矿粉 )资源达 3 65 t。 There is serious dust pollution at the tail position of sintering machine during discharging. Through technical reformation included equipped sealed carrier with holding temperature, extending the holding temperature and sealing part of front from 2m to 10m, equipped guiding material device under the sealing cover, the quantity of dust is decreased from 220mg/m^3 to (30mg/m^3), the suction temperature of sintering tail is increased from 71℃ to 84℃, the plant availability confficient is improved,the yield of equipment is increased,the anaual returned dust(fine ore)reaches to 365 tons and the environmental pollution is solved.
