摘要
铁矿石的铁酸钙生成特性是烧结配矿必须考虑的因素 ,对优化配矿具有重要的指导作用。为此 ,采用微型烧结试验法和矿物组成及显微结构分析法研究了 10种铁矿石烧结的铁酸钙生成特性 ,找出了影响铁酸钙生成的主要因素 ,即在碱度为 2 .0及其它条件相同的情况下 ,结构松散的褐铁矿、赤铁矿及较高含量的 Al2 O3和 Si O2 均有利于 SFCA的生成。
The CF producing characteristics of iron ore is an important factor for sintering mixture and it has a directing action for optimizing mixture. Through researching for CF producing characteristics of ten kinds of iron ore sintering by means of small sintering test method and microstructure analyzing method, main factors of influencing producing CF were found. Under the conditions of basic capacity being 2.0 and other conditions being identity, limonite and hematite with loose microstructure as well as high Al_2O_3 and SiO_2 content in iron ore are easy to produce SFCA.
