摘要 对胶济线 K2 47+ 975处气压焊断裂接头进行宏观检查、显微形貌与成分分析 ,认为组织为莱氏体的异种金属物是断裂源 ,断裂原因是人为熔入铸铁块所致。提出实施小型气压焊接应避免过度加热 。 Discussed the fractured causes of rail pressure gas welding join which located in K247+975 on Jiaoji rail road by macro and micro examination and composition analysis of the fracture surface. The conclusion is that the dissimilar metallics with ledeburite is the crack initiation,and the man-added cast iron resulted in this failure. The preventative measures such as avoiding overheat,flame healing up after welding and filling other metallics in welding joint during small-scale gas-pressure welding were offered to ensure the welding quality.
