摘要
针对煤场地域广、设备分布线长等特点 ,备煤控制系统采用了两套大型的 Control Logix控制器 ,分别对输送工段、粉碎与除尘工段加以控制 ,而煤塔工段因控制点相对较少 ,采用微型的 SLC5 / 0 4控制器。三套控制器之间利用 Control Net和 DH+构成通讯网络 ,各监控站通过 RSlinx与 PL C通讯 ,以完成数据的实时采集与控制。系统投运后 ,自动化控制水平大幅提高 ,网络的应用使控制更加方便快捷、维护简单 ;备煤生产能力也由原来的日产 3 0 0 0 t上升至近 70 0 0
Pointing to the features of coal plant the mixing coal control system was used two controlLogix PLCs to control transporting section and comminuting section. Because little supervisory points the SLC5/04 controller was used in coal tower section. Three controllers were built up a communication network used of control Net and DH+. Every supervision station communicates with PLC through Rslinx to fulfill data acquisition and devices control in the same time. After the system running the automation level has got a great increasement and the application of network makes operation easier and simpler. The production capacity of mixing coal has also increased from 3000 tons to 7000 tons every day and the economic benefit is very obvious.
