青岛焦化公司地面除尘站除尘系统存在排灰不畅 ,预喷涂、喷吹装置失灵 ,防爆板经常爆裂 ,除尘布袋多次着火 ,室外切换设备失灵等问题 ,整个系统已无法继续正常使用。通过对工艺系统、拦焦车液压系统、预喷涂、排灰、喷吹等系统的改造 ,使之适应捣固焦炉的消烟除尘 ,降低了焦炉生产的污染程度 ,改善了周边地区的环境状况 。

Because some troubles were appearance every so often, for example dust discharging obstruction, inefficacious pre-spray and blow device, shelter plate breaking, dedust package firing, inefficacious exchanging equipment, etc, the dedust system of ground dedust station of Qingdao coking and gas-making co.ltd., could not be used normally. Through reforming to technique system, coke guide hydraulic system, pre-spray and blow device, dust discharging system and to make it suitable to operation of the stamping charging coke oven, the pollution level of coking production is decreased, the environment situation around this district is improved and good profit is got.
