莱钢4^#转炉铁水过跨车曲线运行的设计与应用

摘要 为解决莱钢炼钢厂 4#转炉铁水过跨车存在的无法通过曲线运行的问题 ,采取加宽轨距 ,将车轮圆柱踏面改为圆锥形 ,采用单轮缘车轮结构以适应轨距加宽的要求 ,采用 C型弹条螺栓固定方式防止轨道爬行 ,并采用曲线轨道涂脂技术减小运行阻力等改进措施 ,保证了过跨车在曲线轨道上的安全稳定运行。 For solving the transporting problem of curve motion of molten iron cross-train for No.4 converter of Laigang, some measures such as widening the gauge, changing round treadle of wheel to taper, using wheel structure with single rim to meet the neets of dilated gauge, using bolt fixed way with C type spring wire to prevent the track crawl and greasing on the curve rail for reducing resistance to movement were adopted, and the safe and reliable movement of cross-train on curve rail has been ensured.
