氨氯地平通过激肽系统的介导引起家兔股动脉释放NO
摘要
目的 研究氨氯地平引起NO释放的机制是否与激肽系统有关。方法 利用家兔股动脉恒流灌注模型 ,观察股动脉内灌注有效浓度的氨氯地平后灌注压及血液中NO代谢产物浓度的变化 ,以及缓激肽B2 受体阻断剂hoe14 0对其作用的影响。结果 氨氯地平缓慢平稳降低周围血管阻力 ,伴有血液中NO代谢产物浓度的升高 ,hoe14 0能部分阻断这种作用。
