摘要
以 2 8 0 mm× 32 5 mm重轨钢大方坯的试验数据为依据 ,分析了跨结晶器电磁搅拌形式下电磁搅拌参数 (电流和搅拌频率 )和连铸工艺参数 (拉速和过热度 )对铸坯中心碳偏析的影响 ,并对改善中心偏析的作用机理进行了探讨。为了更合理地分析中心偏析 ,还对不同直径的取样钻头造成同一铸坯中心偏析的分析偏差进行了必要的研究。
Based on the experimental data on 280 mm×380 mm blooms of heavy rail steel, the effect of M-IEMS (power input and frequency) and continuous casting technology parameters (casting speed and super heat) on the carbon central segregation is analyzed, and the mechanism of improvement in central segregation is discussed. In order to analyze central segregation more accurately, the error in chemical analysis caused by sampling with two drills of different diameters is studied.
