摘要
进行煤—氧—水蒸气—焦炉气联合气化制备直接还原气或液态燃料合成气的工艺概念设计 ,并对其关键技术进行热态模拟的基础研究。结果表明 ,借用高炉炼铁系统可望实现煤—氧—水蒸气—焦炉气联合气化制备 H2 /CO可调、有效成分 H2 +CO大于 95 %的富氢还原气或化工合成气 ,为解决直接还原炼铁以及液态燃料合成的原料气指出了一条可能的途径。
The coal gas with rich H 2 component is necessary for producing sponge iron and synthetic oil. Generally, this kind of gas is generated by natural gas conversion with steam. However, there is few nature gas but rich in coal in some regions, such as China. Thus a new process is conceptually designed, that is coal-oxygen-steam-COG co-gasification in blast furnace. Small lab experimental result shows it is a promising technology.
