摘要
充分利用竖井地理、地质等周边施工条件,采用反导井法进行竖井施工。首先,沿竖井轴线钻开一垂直孔,提升吊篮至作业位置,使作业人员进行反导井施工;其次,反导井施工自下而上完成后,沿设计边线自上而下进行扩井施工,扩井施工中石碴沿导井自落至井底,用装载机通过平洞出渣至洞外。这种施工方法保证了施工质量,缩短了施工工期,降低了施工成本,做到了施工安全。
The new method takes full advantage of surrounding construction conditions such as the geography and geologic condition of shaft and adopts reverse guide shaft to construct shaft. Firstly, a vertical hole is excavated along the axis of shaft and a nacelle is hoisted to the work face in order to excavate the reverse guide shaft. After the end of the reverse guide shaft construction from up to down, the shaft is enlarged from up to down along the design sideline, and the stone fragment falls into the bottom of shaft and is carried by loaders through the level hole. The construction measure can ensure construction quality, short the time limit for a project, decrease the cost of construction and insure construction safety.
