光敏生物素标记IgG检测羊接触传染性脓疱性皮炎病毒囊膜蛋白及重组表达蛋白 被引量：1

摘要 用光敏生物素标记从兔抗羊接触传染性脓疱性皮炎病毒超免疫血清中提取纯化的IgG ,把从蔗糖密度梯度离心纯化的病毒用 2 ME和NP4 0裂解后与重组转化菌 pGRL 4A和pGRH 3A一起进行SDS PAGE ,并进行转移电泳。对用光敏生物素标记的IgG进行Western blot ting印迹杂交检测。结果 ,检测到产生IgG的病毒囊膜蛋白有 5条 ,分子量分别为 12 5 .0、96 .0、83.0、5 6 .3和 4 2 .0ku ;检测到重组菌 pGRL 4A和 pGRH 3A可表达分泌其中的 3条囊膜蛋白 ,其分子量分别为 83.0、5 6 .3和 4 2 .0ku ;pGRL 4A的表达较强 ,对 4 2 .0ku蛋白的分泌量最高。所重组的病毒DNAHindⅢ
