摘要
运用爆破理论并根据地形、地质和工程对坝料要求的具体条件,对药包布置形式、参数选取、起爆网络等进行了精心设计。采用硐室爆破、条形药包布置形式,进行了堆石坝坝料开采。通过这些措施,有效地控制了岩石爆破的粒径、级配,提高了开采强度,较梯段爆破降低了开采成本。此技术可以因地制宜地在类似工程中应用。
The chamber blasting and stripe explosive are adopted in rockfill dam material excavation, which is this paper's experience summary obtained through two large scale blasting engineering cases. Layout of explosive, parameter choice, blasting network etc., are designed carefully by using blasting theory and considering concrete conditions of dam material such as landscape, geology, and engineering. This blasting method can effectively control blasting fragmentation and graded size. It can also increase excavation efficiency and decrease excavation price in contrast to bench blasting .This method should be used in similar project according practical condition.
