摘要
针对在某电站厂房工地,高压旋喷胶结体爆破开挖过程中发生的一起大规模瞎炮事故的表象,进行深入的理论分析,结果表明:作业人员的无知与麻痹大意是造成该次大规模瞎炮事故的主要原因。同时指出,唯有爆破设计慎密及施工各工序质量优良,才能杜绝大规模瞎炮事故的发生。根据事故原因,提出了相应的预防措施,该措施可供从事工程爆破设计、施工单位或个人借鉴。
Detailed theoretical analysis was done for an accident for a large-scale initiation net work during the blasting excavation of a high-pressure grouting cementation in one hydropower plant. It was found that ignorance and negligence were the two key reasons for this accident. The lesson can be used as reference for those who engage in both design and construction.
