摘要
在分析目前国际上通用的交通规划和静态交通仿真两种评价方法的基础上,提出了利用动态交通仿真进行交通环境评价的新方法。由交通网络、交通需求、交通仿真和车辆排放4个模块组合为交通排放评价模型。该方法可以适时准确地描述车辆在交通网络中的动态运动特性,从而可对整个城市的现代交通网络进行准确的交通环境评价,还可对特定的智能运输系统技术进行环境评估。
A new approach utilizing dynamic traffic simulation was proposed to assess the traffic environment based on the two current international evaluation methods,i.e., traffic management and static traffic simulation was proposed. The traffic emission evaluation system framework consists of four modules for traffic network, traffic demand, traffic simulation and automotive emission.The approach could real-time describe the automotive dynamic movement behavior in the traffic network accurately, therefore, evaluate accurately the transportation environment of city-wide modern traffic network and assess the environmental impacts of the particular intelligent transportation system.
