摘要
为了确保CNC工具磨床上用金刚石砂轮磨削工件的精度 ,金刚石砂轮的几何形状和其相对工件的位置要有严格的要求 ,为此本文系统地给出了应用电感式位移传感器对砂轮动态几何形状、砂轮与工件相对位置等工艺参数的自动检测建模方法 ,运用此方法检测砂轮动态几何参数 。
To ensure manufacturing precision of workpiece in tool grinding machine, some geometric and technological parameters of a diamond grinding wheel under working condition must be known. For that, this paper proposes a systematic detecting approach to confirm these parameters. An inductance displacement sensor is used to measure the shape of grinding wheel and the distances between workpiece and dynamic grinding wheel in machine coordinate system. The manufacturing accuracy is improved by the detecting method.
