摘要
介绍了酒钢转炉改进出钢挡渣的实践 ,比较了挡渣塞和挡渣球的效果。挡渣塞的挡渣成功率为 98.0 6% ;比用挡渣球高 3 4.42 % ;下渣量可控制在 40mm以内 ,比用挡渣球减少 3 0mm ;平均回磷量控制在 0 .0 0 6%以内 ;硅的收得率提高 2 %~ 3 %。改进挡渣方式后提高了出钢口和钢包的寿命 ,改善了LF炉精炼效果。
This paper describes practice of improving converter sla g stoppers at Jiuquan Iron and steel Corp. and compares the performance of slag-st opping plug and slag-stopping ball. The slag-stopping plug had a slag-stopping r ate of 98.06?%,34.42?% higher than that of slag-stopping ball; its thickness in slag ladle was controlled in a range of 40?mm,30?mm lower than that of slag -stopping ball. In addition, the average rephosphoration content of molten stee l was cont rolled less than 0.006?%, the yield rate of silicon increased 2?%~3?%. As a result, both taphole life and ladle life were prolonged and the performance of L F refining improved.
