摘要
利用西门子S7—300系列可编程控制器(PLC)和其他硬件设备组建多点接口网络(MPI),通过工控组态软件WinCC和MPI网络实现PLC与上位机之间的通讯连接,成功地开发了转炉散状料加入量准确控制系统,为实现转炉炼钢自动化奠定了基础。通过在石家庄钢铁厂的实际应用,证明该系统是准确、可靠,切实可行的。
Make up MPI network with SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and other hardware equipment. The accurate control system for the charging amount of converter charge has been developed successfully, which realizes the communication between S7-300 and operation control equipment through operation control configuration software WinCC and MPI network, and the basis to accomplish converter steel-making automation is established. It is proved to be accurate,reliable and practicable by the application in Shijiazhuang Iron and Steel Company.
