在回顾中国企业进入国际工程市场发展历史的基础上,综合分析了中国企业所面临的国际工程市场环境状况,并以SWOT战略分析方法为主,重点分析研究了中国地方施工企业参与国际市场竞争的优势、劣势以及相关竞争对策。
On the bases of reviewing the Chinese companies' history of marching into the international construction market, the current circumstances of international construction market faced by Chinese construction companies has been comprehensively analyzed. This article researches with the method of SWOT mainly on the advantages, disadvantages and related competition strategies for Chinese local construction companies to participate in the competition of international construction market.
