高血压合并冠心病与AT1R基因多态性的关系(英文)

Association between angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor gene polymorphism and hypertension with coronary artry disease

目的 探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ的 1型受体 (AT1R)基因多态性与高血压患者合并冠心病 (CAD)的关系。方法 采用PCR -RFLP法 ,检测 12 3例高血压患者 (其中 4 8例合并冠心病 )和 14 8例健康对照的AT1R基因型。结果 高血压患者中无论是否合并冠心病 ,其AT1RA116 6C基因型分布均与对照组无显著性差异(均为P >0 .0 5 )。高血压合并冠心病组与无冠心病组之间的AT1R基因型分布亦无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 AT1R基因A116 6C多态性与中国人高血压病发生及高血压患者是否易患冠心病无关。

Objective:To explore the association between angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1R) gene polymorphism and hypertension (HP) complicated with coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods:Angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor genotypes were investigated with PCR-RFLP in 123 hypertensive patients (48 patients complicated with CAD) and 148 healthy people.Results:The distribution of AT1R genotypes was of no significant difference between hypertension patients and health controls (P>0.05). No significant differences in genotype frequencies of AT1 R gene were found between HP complicated with CAD and those without CAD(P>0.05).Conclusions:There is no association between AT1R A1166C polymorphism and hypertension.And AT1R genotypes do not significantly in fluence on the incidence of CAD in the hypertension.
