NF-κB和sICAM-1与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系

Correlation between nuclear facter-κB, soluble inter-cellular adhesion molecule-1 and coronary atherosclerosis

目的 探讨核因子 -κB(NF -κB)和可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)与冠状动脉粥样硬化范围和程度的关系。方法 将 93例冠心病患者根据冠状动脉造影结果分为单支组 33例和多支组 6 0例。狭窄组 72例和堵塞组 2 1例 ,分别采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定外周血单核细胞NF -κB活性和免疫组化染色测定血浆sICAM - 1浓度 ,并与 30例年龄和性别相当的健康体检者进行比较。结果 冠心病组的NF -κB活性和sICAM - 1浓度显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;冠状动脉粥样硬化范围越大、狭窄程度越重 ,NF -κB活性和sICAM - 1浓度越高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 NF -κB活性和sICAM - 1浓度与冠状动脉粥样硬化的范围和狭窄程度相关 ,为判断冠状动脉狭窄程度指标提供了一条线索。

Objective:To investigate correlation between nuclear facter- κ B, soluble inter- Cellular adhesion molecule-1 and the extent, severity of coronary atherosclerosis. Methods:According to the result by percutaneous coronary intervention, 93 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into mono-branch 33 subjects and multi-branch 60 subjects; stenosis 72 subjects and blockage 21 subjects.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the plasma soluble inter-cellular adhesion molecule-1 and immunohistochemical method was used to measure activity of NT-κ B in peripheral blood lymphocyte, compared with those in 30 outpatient check-up persons.Results:The levels of NF-κ B and soluble inter-cellular adhesion molecule-1 are significantly higher in patients with coronary heart disease than in those of the controls(P<0.01);Strong positive correlations existed between NT- κ B, slCAM-1 and the extent, severity of coronary atherosclerosis (P<0.01).Conclusions: NT- κ B, slCAM-1 were significantly correlated with the extent, severity of coronary atherosclerosis,which provides a clue Additional, these for surveillance on coronary atherosclerosis.
