摘要
目的 测量健身锻炼的效果。方法 检测指端脉搏进行分析和评价。结果 指端脉搏波能反映健身效果。结论 健身锻炼能增强体质 ,预防疾病。
Objective:To measure the effect of physical exercise on health. Method: Analysis and evaluation were made respectively to check fingertip-pulse waves. Result:The effect on health can be found in the measurement of fingertip-pulse waves. Conclusion: Physical exercise can improve health and prevent diseases.
