经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查盆腔瘀血综合征的诊断价值

Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in Pelvic Venous Congestion Syndrome

目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒 (TVCDS)对盆腔瘀血综合征的诊断价值。方法 应用TVCDS对36例盆腔瘀血综合征 (PVCS)患者进行检测 ,2 0例健康妇女作为正常对照组。结果 盆腔静脉迂曲扩张 ,盆腔内静脉丛范围 ,曲张静脉的直径及血流速度与正常组对照比较 ,有显著性差异 ,(P <0 .0 5、0 .0 5、0 .0 1)。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查盆腔瘀血综合征是临床的首选方法。

Objective: To explore the ultrasonic diagnostic Value of transvaginal color Doppler Sonography(TVCDS) ii1 pelvic venous congestion Syndrome.Methods: TVCDS was performed in 36 cases with pelvic venous congestion. Twenty normal women were chosen for control.Results: The pelvic veins were varicose, the range, the flow and the diameters were re-markable difference from the normals (P< 0.05,0.05,0.01).Conclusions:Transvaginal color Doppler Sonography is the first Choice for diagnosis of PVCS.
