腹腔包虫病的影像学表现

The imaging findings in echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity

目的 提高对腹腔包虫病的CT及超声表现的认识。方法 回顾性分析 2 7例经手术、病理证实的腹腔包虫病的CT及超声资料 ,探讨其影像学表现特点及诊断。结果 2 7例腹腔包虫病的CT表现为单纯型13例 ,多子囊型 8例 ,内囊分离型 2例 ,实变钙化型 4例 ,2 0例行超声检查。结论 腹腔包虫病多合并有肝包虫病 ,其影像学表现有一定特征 ,诊断并不困难。

Objective:To improve the knowledge of CT and US in echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity.Methods: The CT and US findings in 27 cases echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity, confirmed by operation and pathology, were restrospectively analysed. The imaging features and diagnosis were also discussed. Results:27 cases echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity was included: simple type 13 cases, presence of daughter cysts type 8 cases, laminated layer or detached membrance type 2 cases, solid cyst calcified type 5 cases. Sonograms were obtained in 20 patients.Conclusions: Echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity is usually associated with liver echinococcosis, there is features in imaging findings, and is not difficult to diagnosis.
