脑胶质细胞瘤患者IL-6的表达及细胞免疫功能变化观察

Alteration of IL-6 and cell immune in patients with cerebral glioma

目的 研究脑胶质细胞瘤患者外周血中白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )的表达以及红细胞免疫和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化规律 ,探讨它们之间相互关系及临床意义。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附 (ELISA)法测定患者IL - 6的含量 ,免疫黏附法测定红细胞免疫活性及其调节功能 ,S -P(链亲和素 -过氧化物酶 )一步法测定CD3,CD4和CD8的细胞数。结果 脑胶质细胞瘤组IL - 6含量较对照组明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;红细胞C3b受体 (RBC ,C3bR) ,红细胞免疫调节促进因子 (RFER)亦明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,红细胞免疫复合物 (RBC ,ICR) ,红细胞免疫调节抑制因子 (RFIR)则明显升高 ;CD3,CD4细胞数也明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而CD8无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 脑胶质细胞瘤患者出现免疫功能低下 ,临床检测患者IL - 6含量、红细胞免疫功能、T细胞亚群活性在脑胶质细胞瘤的发生、发展、治疗、转归及预后方面具有重要的临床指导意义。

Objective:To determine the presence of Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and the alteration of erythrocyte immune and T cell subgroup in the blood of outer circulation in patients with cerebral glioma. To explore the relationship between them and the clinical significance. Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to determine the content of IL-6.The immunoadsorption was employed to examine the erythrocyte immune activity and its function of regulation. Streptavidin-Peroxidase (S-P) was used to determine the cell number of CD3(cluster of differentiation 3),CD4,CD8.Results:The content of IL-6 in the group with cerebral glioma is significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Red blood cell C3b receptor (RBC.C3bR) and RBC immune adherence enhance factor (RFER) dropped greatly (P<0.001), while Red blood cell immune complex rosstte RBC.ICR) and RBC immune adherence inhibitor factor (RFIR) increased greatly. The cell number of CD3,CD4 dropped (P<0.01) and there was no evident change of CD8 (P>0.05).Conclusion:The decrease of immune function was observed in the patients with cerebral glioma. The determination of the content of IL-6 ,erythrocyte immunization and the activity of T subgroup has important clinical guiding significance in the occurrence,development ,treatment, outcome and prognosis of the cerebral glioma.
