经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗ESWL失败的输尿管结石

Transureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi after falled ESWL

目的 探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗体外冲击波碎石失败的输尿管结石的临床效果。方法 采用经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗ESWL失败的输尿管结石 34例 ,总结其临床资料。结果 34例中 8例合并输尿管狭窄 ,2 9例有肉芽组织包裹。 1例进镜失败改开放手术 ;33例碎石成功 ,2周结石排净率 97.1%。结论 经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗ESWL失败的输尿管结石效果理想 ,创伤小、并发症少 。

Objective:To evalute the clinical results of transureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL.Methods:Transureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy was performed on 34 patients with ureteral calculi after unsuccessful ESWL. The clinical data were analysed respectively.Results: Granulation tissue and polypi were found in 29 patients and ureteral stricture exist in 8 patients;Lithotripsy was successful in 33 patients except l changed to open surgery.Two weeks later, stone-free rate was 97.1 %. Conclusions:Transureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy was effective with little trauma and few complications. The procedure should be consider as the first choice for ureteral calculi after failed ESWL.
