皮下环精索封闭疗法治疗急性附睾-睾丸炎疗效观察

Efficiency observation of blocking therapeutics of acute epididymo-orchitis in superficial inguinal ring

目的 评价急性附睾 -睾丸炎皮下环精索封闭疗法的疗效。方法 对 80例急性附睾 -睾丸炎病例随机分为两组 ,对照组给予传统治疗方法 ,而治疗组除了传统疗法外 ,加用皮下环精索封闭治疗。结果 治疗组所有患者 1～ 3d内发热、疼痛症状缓解 ,4～ 6d内附睾睾丸肿胀明显减退 ,97.5 %的病例 2周内治愈 ;而对照组 4 0 %的患者 1～ 3d内发热、疼痛症状缓解 ,75 %的患者 4～ 6d内附睾睾丸肿胀减退 ,80 %患者 2周内治愈 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 皮下环精索封闭疗法可以迅速缓解临床症状 ,缩短病程 ,提高治愈率 ,是治疗急性附睾 -睾丸炎的有效方法。

Objective: To study efficiency of blocking therapeutics in the superficial inguinal ring in acute epididymo-orchits patients.Methods:80 patients with acute epididymo-orchits were randomly divided into therapeutic group and contrastive group. The control patients were received traditional treatment, and the therapeutic group was administered by both blocking therapeutics in the superficial inguinal ring and traditional treatment. Results:In the ther apeutic group, the symptom of pyrexia, pain of testis in all patients was relieved in 1～3 days, while in contrastive group, only 40% patients were effective. The swollen scrotums of all patients decreased distirctively in 445 days and 97.5% patients were cured in 2 weeks in therapeutic group. While in contrastive group, only 75% patients' swollen scrotums decreased in 4～6 days and 80% patients were cured in 2 weeks. Conclusions: Blocking therapeutics in the superficial inguinal ring is an effective method in treating acute epididymo-orchitis. It shorten the course of diseases enhance the rate of healing,and deserves to popularize in clinic.
