全直肠系膜切除术在高龄低位直肠癌患者的应用

目的 探讨全直肠系膜切除术 (TME)在高龄低位直肠癌患者的治疗效果和并发症。方法 对 2 0例高龄低位直肠癌患者在根治术中施行TME ,并对所有患者随访 2年。结果 随访 2年尚未有局部复发或转移 ,全组病例无手术死亡 ,无吻合口瘘发生。结论 TME在治疗高龄低位直肠癌优于普通术式 ,无增加并发症病例。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of redical proctectomy with TME for the treatment of the lower rectal carcinoma in aged.Methods:12 patients undergoing this procedure were follow up for 2 years.Results:No patients died from the operation,all cases had no anastomotic or other serious complications.During 2 years follow-up,all patients had no local recurrence or metastasis.Conclusions:Radical resection with TME is a safe operation method for the aged and better than that without TME.
