Government behavior and all-round realization of farmers' well-off goal in mountainous areas

根据对福建省沿海与山区农民收入差距的调研,剖析制约山区农民收入的深层次因素,提出政府的大力支持和高效服务对山区农民增收起着至关重要的作用,并就促进山区农民全面实现小康在完善农村市场体系、加强山海协作、推进产业化经营以及提高农民的文化素质和科技水平等方面提几点政策性建议。

Based on the investigation on the difference in farmers' income between the coastal and mountainous areas, the profound factors restricting farmers' income in mountainous areas are analyzed, and it ts suggested that the government's reliable support and effective service play a critical role in the increase of farmers' income in mountainous areas. Meanwhile, to accelerate all-round realization of farmers' well-off life in mountainous areas, several policies are proposed in terms of improving rural market system, reinforcing cooperation between the mountainous and coastal areas, promoting industrialized management and enhancing farmers' cultural quality and scientific-technological level.
