摘要
阐述了加强政府采购监督的必要性,针对当前政府采购中存在的问题,提出了需要建立和完善适合我国国情的政府采购监督制约机制,加强监督,加快我国政府采购和加入WTO的《政府采购协议》以及开放我国政府采购市场的进程,确保政府采购市场更加繁荣。
The paper expounds the necessity of strengthening government-procurement supervision. In view of exisiting problems, the author proposes that the supervision mechanism of government -procurement conforming to China`s actual conditions should be established and improved to accelerate the process of government-procurement and entry into WTO 'Government-procurement Agreement' and open our country`s government-procurement market so as to ensure the government-procurement market prosperous.
