摘要
我国企业员工持股制度的理论研究始于1980年代初期。最早在这一领域里进行系统研究和探索的是著名经济学家蒋一苇先生。1990年代初,王珏教授提出了"劳动者财产主体论"。1990年代中期一些经济学家提出了"劳动力产权论"。1990年代中后期出现了"企业制度创新论"以及"现代企业共同治理论"、"人力资本产权论"、"智力资本产权论"等。
The study of China's employee stock ownership theory began in the early of 1980s. The famous economist Mr. Jiang Yiwei was the first person to study and explore in this area. In the early of 1990s, Professor Wang Jue raised The Labor Property Principal Theory. In the middle of 1990s, The Labor Theory of Property Right was put forward. The Corporate System Innovation Theory, The Modern Corporate Governance Theory, The Human Capital Property Right Theory, and The Intelligent Capital Property Right Theory emerged in the middle and late of 1990s.
