我国加入WTO以后,越来越多的出版社走向世界,引进和输出图书版权,但在对外版权贸易中难免会出现一些纠纷。如何在版权贸易中用法律保护自己,有理、有利、有节地处理纠纷,这是本文所要探讨的中心问题。

With China's joining the World Trade Organization (WTO),more and more domestic publishing houses are striding toward outside world,introducing and exporting books' copyrights. However,in the international copyright trades it is hard to avoid the emerging of disputes. How to protect ourselves with the law and how to solve the disputes 'reasonably,favorably and with limitation' in the international copyright trades, is the key problem this article is trying to probe.
